1. Scope
This agreement applies when a business customer shares personal data with Monachi so that Monachi can provide network equipment, installation, or support services.
2. Roles
The customer decides what data is shared and why. Monachi processes that data only on the customer's documented instructions, unless the law requires otherwise.
3. Security
Monachi uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect shared data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
4. Sub-processors
Monachi may use service providers such as hosting or support tools. It remains responsible for their handling of the data and will inform the customer of material changes on request.
5. Return and deletion
At the end of the service, Monachi will return or delete the customer's data on request, except where retention is required by law.
